Delivery Hours
Every delivery will be make within 1-2 business days (48 hours) from Monday to Friday. Weekends & Holiday orders will be ship on the following business day. However, the exact time it takes for your order to arrive at your doorstep might vary due to factors that are beyond our control. In most cases, AnimeXclub ships through airmail, so our delivery hours are inline with Post.

Delivery Fees
All delivery fees are calculated at the checkout according to the total weight of the product/s you are ordering, and also on where you are shipping to. For all purchases, you will be required to enter your post code and select the destination country so the checkout can calculate your shipping charges.

Right To Refuse Service
AnimeXclub reserves the right to refuse service to any customer if ordering information provided indicates any likelihood of credit card fraud.

Remarks

We are NOT liable for any charges or lost shipments via Airmail as the shipping method are not insured. For such reason, we strongly recommend shipping via Courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS) companies as they guarantee fast and secure delivery.

P.O Box and APO/FPO addresses are NOT shippable via Courier Company as they are NOT accepting these addresses.

Within 30 days after delivery, you may return any defective or wrongly delivered product purchased from AnimeXclub for full credit. Again, we regret that we are unable to accept returns products that have been open unless the item is defective. You may always return a defective item at any time.

Order Changes
To remove an item from your order or to cancel your order at any time prior to delivery, please go to the Customer Service page. Changes and cancellations made on the day of delivery are subject to a 15% handling fee.
